Return & Refund Policy — Trenzyia


RETURN POLICY

At Trenzyia, we offer a 30-day return policy.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please note:
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations:

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund officially posts).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted).

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at trenzyiacontact@gmail.com.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
